Today I can get a walk in,go to work, come home and spend time with g-son hubs and my daughter that's in town, maybe do some weight training and watch a show I've been waiting for on how much money it took to keep Michael Jackson out of prison, should be interesting

The Michael Jackson show is on some other night today I can get steps in with fitbit, get groceries, go get a coffee somewhere, spend time with g-son,watch FTWD later

Today I can go to work(even though it's a holiday there's no holidays in Vegas) try for 15,000 steps on fitbit, do some weights, eat lightly today cuz I pigged out yesterday, get rid of some clutter, maybe start reading another book

Today I can go to Starbucks to study and see my landlady's daughter there doing the same because her mom won't leave either of us alone long enough to get anything done. I have the money to rent an electronic copy of my 180 dollar textbook over at Amazon without blinking an eye because I'm not spending the money on booze and pills.

Today I can get my exercise in early, have a great day at work, come home and get Papa John's pizza and enjoy my daughter and her bf on their last night here

Today I can cope with construction workers in my basement, a telephone job interview in an hour, and a minor disagreement with my husband about the construction plans, without blowing up or freaking out.

Today I can get to an emergency dental appointment cuz my teeth are driving me crazy, onto work from there,come home and get some rest

Today I can go get blood tests ran cuz I actually have blood running through my veins and not beer quick lunch with mydaughter and come home and take a nap I think, probably no exercise cuz they pulled my tooth yesterday and I'm supposed to wait a few days to get exercise that sucks

Been able to work with clear head after 17 days alcohol free and provide for my family, my little boy is 4 tomorrow, so big cake and fun day outing planned, not possible when on the poison train. Praise the Lord. Thank you.

Today I can be productive and happy. Spending the weekend with my daughter - my husband and son are off touring colleges. It is a good time to be present and sober. These will be memories to cherish.

Today, like shockozulu, I can sail through my weekly, somewhat stressful meeting with my boss. I can also be the person that I want to be rather than a shadow of myself.
