I ordered the book on Amazon, and am half way through it. The crash course is certainly enough to wake your head up, but the book does "flesh out" the concepts and clarify details. For me, the $16 was nothing compared to what I would spend drinking. Is buying the book worth the expense? I think so. If anything, it strengthens my resolve and acceptance- and that is worth any cost!
I enjoyed reading the Vale book. It is more of a view on society's ruse of the value and benefits of alcohol. But the RR book smacks one upside the head right in to sobriety without any trouble at all!
