not smoking weed today because my lungs feel great.
not snorting coke today because I like having money and my heart and nose feel great.
not drinking because my guts feel great.

not doing any of it because sex is getting better,.. and better,... and better.

not doing it ever again because I love my kids and Im happy to be setting a good example

oh yeah- and because Ive told everyone Im done forever and Im too embarrassed to go back on my word. .

... because I thought about snorting some dope today (not thought about actually doing it, just the thought idly crossed my mind what it was like to do it) and the thought actually made me gag. I feel sick thinking about it.

I will not drink today because i will allways remember the last day i drank and got drunk and the damage that it did to me and my family i dont want to ever go back to that life

I will not drink or drug today because when I get high I do not know if I am going to get F***ed up locked up or covered up and that is for real.

I will not drink or eat sugar today because I have quit. I will never drink/eat sugar again and I will never change my mind. BTW I am a type 2 diabetic, an excellent motivator for making these types of decisions.

I will not drink today because there has to be more to life than what I have been doing for the last 5-6 years and I want to find out what that is. That and its to easy of a cop out.
