cleaning up the month

i'm just wondering how things went for you this month that is ending.

how did last month go for you now that it has ended??

spent this last day cleaning up all the loose ends, it was a difficult month for me. Bills got paid today, thats the best i can say that happened this month.

got kicked out of a drug study
lost one of my jobs and thankfully regained it at another store
tried to give blood for the first time and couldn't due to an ice storm that day

just seemed like every time i tried to give, to the community or science, i got blocked completely in some way. Whether just being too damaged or the weather right then.

glad april is here, march didn't work out all that well.

Didn't you quit drinking some time in the middle of it too, though? That's a pretty big (and good) event not to mention...

My March was full of procrastination and nervousness. Lots of work I didn't do, lots of plans that stayed plans, nothing more. I worked out a lot, though, got a little fitter, lost a little weight. Got a month older, and about ten minutes wiser.

March was a good month. I did not drink or use any MAC's (mind altering chemicals). Regardless what happens on any given day, if I don't drink or use, it is a success.

msh58, congratulation on choosing to get clean and sober and to post on this forum. I need to hear from you and how you stay clean and sober.
