Getting back together?

I am a recovering alcoholic and my gf left me in august. I don't blame her for leaving, honestly she probably should have sooner. I was sober when we met in 2010 and we moved in together very fast. We had an amazing relationship! About 6 months in I relapsed and she had the patience of a saint for a year before she left. We have stayed in contact and seen each other some over the last 3 or 4 months. I have told her in every way possible how much I love her and would like to try again. She would say things like "I know the bad in you, I cant risk it", and "things have changed". I told her I would never give up hope for us.
Well I know she misses me but is afraid to trust my sobriety. Tonight we were talking and she told me she couldn't go back to the life we had and I told her thats not my life anymore and I am sick of living where I am. She said lets keep talking meaning talking about getting back together.

I am very happy and excited but sooo scared! I want her in my life more than anything but now i am afraid i'm going to blow it. Anyone out there been through the getting back together thing? Any advice on how you got through this delicate time of putting a relationship back together?

Things are going well! I think in ways we are stronger than before. Thanks for asking. I hit 6 mos sober in the last week of feb.! Yay!
