My bf has a roommate. He let him move in with him when his house burned down almost a year ago. This “friend” is a creep, with lots of issues. BF didn’t really know him that well before either, as they just started hanging out together for less than a year. The creep also seems to be a very negative influence on the bf. Seems if this creep is in a bad mood, then we all need to accommodate his bad mood. I know it is very altruistic to help a friend out in need, but this is about to break up our relationship. I’m thinking bf is developing a co-dependent relationship with the creep. Any suggestions

My suggestion would be to take the focus off of your BF and his roommate woes and focus on yourself and what you want out of life.
