Hey CG - Welcome to SR! I hope things are better by now - I see it's another day entirely for both of us. Withdrawals from what? There's a wealth of information here, in the substance abuse; and alcoholism forums that maybe you will take time to look at. Go to the 'stickies' at the tops of the forums for information, ok? Some things are what you can do at home - others are places to contact for more help. It takes a little time to get oriented here at SR, but it's worth every moment. I know it's very hard to do if you're hurting right now - We've almost all been where you are now. Please continue to post about how you're doing, okay? Hope that helps, barb

CountryGirl; Now that you've found us, please keep posting! IT does help! Do you have a painful condition that required taking pain medications and you got addicted? Are you an addict in need of our support right now? I'm sure the answer to at least one of these questions is YES, if so, please post and let us know how you are doing! We can give you support and love and point you in the right direction! Love Jaz
