| ksos out of commission for a while
Hey everybody; I heard from Ken today, he will be going into surgery for his pump tomorrow morning at 8am, so he asked me to let everyone know NOT to send him anymore PMs or EMAILs until he comes back (he'll let everyone know when he's back). He also said that he loves EVERYBODY and wished you well. Lets all wish ksos the BEST and keep him in our thoughts and prayers tomorrow as he goes through his surgical procedure and wish him a speedy recovery!!! Also, ksos told me that if anyone he regularly communicates with has any emergency issues, they can direct these issues to me (jazpoppy) via PM or my email address, just send me a PM asking for it. Thanks very much. Love; Jazpoppy

Thanks for letting us know. I've been sending extra prayers his way every day, since I didn't know exactly when the surger was going to be. Give him my best! Hugs and prayers! Amy

Thank you EVERYONE who is praying for ksos!!! I have not heard anything today so that means he must have been all set and got the procedure done on the correct day. Sometimes surgeries can be postponed due to financial issues, insurance issues, patients having low platelet counts or patients being just too sick for surgery at the time, but since I have not heard from Ken since the night before his surgery, I am assuming all is well. If for any reason he is home and had to reschedule his surgery he'll let us know when he's ready, but for now, I believe he's in the Hospital or at home recovering and we should continue to wish him well. Thanks again. Love Jaz

| Thanks jazz for the updates. I was working for about a month and wasn't on SR like I had been so I sorta lost touch with so many people. Ken, well, if you're reading this, you're at home and I'm sure all is well. I hope the surgery was successful. . . you had to jump through so many hoops to get it done and a hell of a wait to boot. Rest and listen to the Dr.'s you stubborn man you, and as soon as you're feeling better, check in with us, ok? Much love, Judy

| KSOS procedure successful!
Hello; ksos is resting and will still need to go back for the FINAL procedure in a couple of weeks. It went well, he still cannot get online yet, I'm sure he'll be back in full swing after he gets the permanent device implanted. As for now, he's only typed me a short blurb to let me know he's OK, but still VERY TIRED and needs LOTS of rest! Thanks for all of the thoughts and prayers sent his way, keep them coming! Love Jaz

Thanks Jazz!!! I REALLY appreciate you keeping us up to date on him! Tell him I really miss him, have had to use "self control" not to e-mail him, but I want what's best for him. Also tell him his "favorite nurse" said to get all the rest he needs! Hugs and prayers! Amy

Hey Everyone; I just wanted to personally THANK everyone for their thoughts and prayers for ksos. It is hard to not log in daily and see that he PM'd me, emailed me or wrote something GREAT on the SR Pain and Recovery Forum! But, in time, he'll feel so much better and be back at it! Keeping us all in line that is! He's a wonderful man! I sure am glad I bumped into him online! The world needs more like him! Love Jaz
