Helpful Newsletters for Those in Pain

. . . . Not those who say that I'm not clean or in Recovery. I know, you know for yourself . . . . so honestly, what difference does it really make what someone else thinks?

I wanted to let everyone know about a wonderful website I found:

Healthcentral.com - Trusted, Reliable and Up To Date Health Information

From here you can find the condition(s) that you have and go to each specific one. These are very helpful.

I get newsletters from different pain conditions such as RA, Lupus, Osteoarthritis and Osteoparosis as well as chronic pain in general. This is where I got the rice in a sock idea that I shared. They have all kinds of other helpful hints pertaining to a particular medical condition. One that I get for my RA is Rheumatoid Arthritis – Essential Health Information. You can get an idea on this site of great examples. Check out near the end of the page where it has past topics of interest from newsletters.

I hope that everyone finds something useful regarding their chronic pain condition.

**If you have any websites that you have found to be helpful, please share them with us.**

God Bless,
Judy
