These work very well for nausea. My daughter and grandchildren suffer from hard to treat chronic daily migraines which cause a lot of nausea. These have been a miracle for them and really work.

You can pick them up at a pharmacy for about $10.00.

Morning Glory;

I have never tried these. I get terrible motion sickness if I ride in the back seat of a car for too long, or go on a boat, even from rollercoasters, and get this, I get motion sickness at planateriums (I think its due to the room staying still and watching the lights on the ceiling in the dark spinning). Its so embarrassing. I will buy one of these next time I have to do any of the things I mentioned above. Thanks so much for posting this!

Let go of those "stupid" everyday trivial things that can bring a recovering addict to their knees. Its more important to focus on yourself and love yourself even if you do "mess-up a bit".
