An Asian man was trying to exchange yen for dollars.

He asks the American bank teller, "Why it change? Yestoday I get two hunat dollar fo yen, today I get hunat eighty?"

The bank teller replies: "Fluctuations."

The Asian man says, "Fluc you white guys too!"

This is hillarious, because I have heard Bill's impressions in person.He does a pretty damn good southern accent too.But,then again.You were there too Debbie.
