| Web site that will scare you..re smoking
I was a HEAVY HEAVY smoker for a long time. Right now I just have a cigarette or two on the weekends; still not good; I know.... This helped me... go to this site www.whyquit.com be sure to read the stories of people that have died from lung cancer. Tell me what you think?? |

Liz, First, WELCOME to SR and the smoke cessation forum!  This looks like a good site filled with important information. I only took a quick look about, but, I'm sure I'll be refering to it again. I'm especially glad that you've cut down so much. Jump on board...I quit over 8 months ago after smoking 3+packs a day, (at my worst), for 36 years. If *I* can do it, anyone can, lol!
