New Quit Date

I always say I am going to quit and rush the tapering process..and end up not quitting.
Slow baby steps for me.
I got a new car over the weekend, dont smoke in it..thats cutting out about 5 cigarettes a day. So I smoke 15 a day.
Im going to cut down one per day for the next 15 days and after that, Im done. June 10 it is folks!

Sounds like a plan, Elizabeth!
Good for you!!!

Focus on aquiring new behaviors -- short term and long term -- to replace the negative smoking behaviors. Prepare for tough times; they WILL come. Plan what you will do when they do, then, stick with it!

Finally, remember to check in daily. I find it really helps to keep me accountable!

Good luck on your quit. You CAN do this!!!

Shalom!

That new car smell. There is nothing better.

Oh, except quitting smoking. You can and will be successful.
