|  Quit Tip! Play Games  After you've been smoke-free for a little while, you may find you have some restless energy. Round up your family or friends and have them join you in a game of charades. You can let loose and act however you want. You'll be surprised how much relief you can get from acting out your favorite movie, or guessing while someone else does. Have fun!  This is a new one for me to be hearing! Sounds like fun, alright! Shalom!
