Oh Margo. How terrible. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Now you know, no matter what, you can make it through without smoking.

Free and Healing for Three Months, Seven Days, 7 Hours and 42 Minutes (99 days), while extending my life expectancy 10 Days and 8 Hours, by avoiding the use of 2980 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me $529.55.

I can't believe that at 2330 today, it will be 100 days smoke free, God willing I can make it through today!!! Court went fine - much better than expected, thanks all for praying. I would've never guessed that I could've made it through as much as I have without smoking either. I'm so grateful. Though just a little bit ago, I was remembering how it felt to have smoke going through my nasal passages... I'm really glad to be smoke free today, though.

Blessings everyone. Great job(s)!!! Keep it up!!! We can beat this together!!

Congrats Teach, Seven Months is outstanding!! You are an inspiration. I still have a day here and there when i want to buy a pack of cigarettes, thank goodness it doesn't happen too often. Which month was it with the highest relapse rate? 6 months? There was one for years too, my memory sucks, so I can't remember. Was it 5 years? Just wanted to say how great I think you are doing. I look up to you and benefit from your experience. Keep up the GREAT work!!

Four months, one week, four days, 6 hours, 18 minutes and 21 seconds. 5250 cigarettes not smoked, saving $443.53. Life saved: 2 weeks, 4 days, 5 hours, 30 minutes.

I wish I had saved all that money, I know I spent way more than that on my new hobby, tropical fish. I have only been keeping fish for 3 months now and I have 6 aquariums already and want more.
