I quit smoking the first week of January..haven't had one since...I get cravings now and then. Especially when I have fights with my husband...just now I got off the phone with hubby, he is yelling and hollering about tax problem and I want to light up soooooooooooo bad!!!!! That is mainly when I crave....when I am angry and frustrated.

It still isn't much easier to breathe but I think that will get better........I smoked from 16 to 34....so it takes time for all those toxins to get outta our bodies.

Luckily the cravings leave pretty quickly, but they hit pretty quick too!! LOL.....almost hurts physically!!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrr!!! wish I'd never started.

HUge HUgs to all who are struggling, I know it's hard....but you CAN do it.....

1W 4D 4hrs 24mins smomber LOL

I am using the 16 hour patches , did you use anything tam, or just go "cold turkey " ?

I started with the patches but they gave me bad migraines....so I tried a cigarette called Quest with really really low nicotine, kinda weaned muself down..then just decided to not buy another pack...I could buy a gallon of milk instead....LOL>.used guilt over the money, eyc also.....I was kinda surprised I managed to do it actually. Right now I am having a bit of a craving but it will pass...they always do.
