why not?

Its been 13 hours since my last smoke. Got up had some cravings, hung in there.Now Im going through my morning rituals work etc. and Im saying WHY NOT just one wont hurt, but im on the patch.So I came here, see some familiar names here from other forums, Thanks for listening, and having me here. Sorry I didn't read this one first.

One will hurt! Anyway, my brother tried the patches once, smoked as well and even he (constitution of an ox) threw up.

First day's the worst, you've come this far so you can keep on, bet you can!
