I actually smoked more this weekend than I did the whole week proceeding it. My boy got out of jail on Friday and called me and called me and called me...just because he could...and it didnt cost anything.

I feel horrible today..my mouth is cotton...even with tooth brushing and a good rinse..my breath feels heavy. YECHHHHH. With all this i am still telling myself that I dont want to go outside and smoke...but my body is telling my brain something different. It's coming up with all sorts of excuses to leave my desk...tell someone else to answer the phones for just five short minutes....But NO. I won't go yet. I want to be stronger than this stupid legal weed.

What behaviors are you doing differently? Instead of getting angry at the cigs, focus on what you can do differently. Will power will NOT break this addiction.
