Evenings are the worst time for me. Sit my butt down for the day, and want to smoke, smoke, smoke. The urge doesn't really leave my simple mind the whole evening.

That is my rough time, in the evening, I am home my H smokes the same kind I did and it makes me crazy sometimes.

I like being busy and tonight I am busy and will not be home, so I will not be tempted as much, which helps.

nights are really hard for me. i keep looking at the clock to see if it's bedtime yet. can't smoke when i sleep! when i WAS smoking i could go all day with only a couple of butts, but when i got home, i'd smoke the rest of the pack. still want to smoke mostly at night....

It was always first thing in the morning when I did my worst smoking. Lite one up asap and keep them lit until I was at work. During work, only during lunch -- I have no break this year. Then, Again in the evening. But, morning was always much worse. Getting ready to go all day without and having already been all night without.

Just hadta get my fix...

Not anymore! LOL!
I'm now Two months, 12 hours, 53 minutes and 51 seconds smoke free. That's 2461 cigarettes not smoked, saving $676.90. Life saved: 1 week, 1 day, 13 hours, 5 minutes.
And that's cool!

and I'm now Two months, two days, 16 hours, 9 minutes and 14 seconds smoke free. That's 2546 cigarettes not smoked, saving $700.40. Life saved: 1 week, 1 day, 20 hours, 10 minutes.
