Here's a Strategy That Works Every Time JUST DON'T SMOKE! JUST DON'T SMOKE! JUST DON'T SMOKE! JUST DON'T SMOKE! JUST DON'T SMOKE! JUST DON'T SMOKE! JUST DON'T SMOKE! JUST DON'T SMOKE! JUST DON'T SMOKE! JUST DON'T SMOKE! JUST DON'T SMOKE! JUST DON'T SMOKE! JUST DON'T SMOKE! JUST DON'T SMOKE! JUST DON'T SMOKE! JUST DON'T SMOKE! JUST DON'T SMOKE! JUST DON'T SMOKE! This is our most important advice to you. No matter how tempted you may be, no matter how strong the craving or how important the reason you give yourself, or how insignificant "just one" seems at the time-just don't smoke!! There will always be a "reason" to smoke. When you allow yourself to smoke one cigarette-or take one puff-you're opening the door to smoke another. Many people who have relapsed (you, perhaps?) have found that taking even a single puff soon results in full-time smoking again. That said, if you do allow yourself to smoke, it doesn't mean you've "blown it". But stop now. Take another look at your Main Reason to quit. Let it sink in. Talk to the people who support you. Go over your Quit Plan, and think about what you can do to handle the urge to smoke. You can do this. Just Don't Smoke! Ya know, I laughed when I opened up this link. But, it's so true! KISS - Keep It Simple Sillywit! It works every time! ![]() Keep the quit and post before you puff! Shalom!
