OK, I gave a lot of stuff on your other post in the daily check in. I hope you read it.
The first week is the most difficult. That's why it's called "Hell Week."
What is you plan of attack for quitting?
Are you using anything? NRT? Zyban? CBT?
What will you do when cravings come? Have you planned for that?
Have you called the AMerican Cancer Society? They have LOTS of information to help you prepare.

Five, we've all spent alot of time developing our smoking habbit. Have you spent any time developing your quitting behaviors?

Let us know how it's going. You CAN do this. Keep the quit and post before you puff!

Shalom!

Hi Five...this is a difficult challenge for us. We are addicted to cigs, but we can overcome it. ONE day at a time. On those days that I struggle, I use whatever tools I can to keep me going. Also,I remember to be gentle with myself. I stay away from stressful situations and yes! stressful people..

You can do this. Remember ONE day at a time. Sometimes it is ONE second at a time.
Wishing you a better day soon...as it does get better..
Blessings..
