| 13 months and 10 days today!!
I quit smoking AND lost 40 lbs. I went from the couch to the treadmill one day at a time. YOu can do it!! I know you can!! If I can do it so can you. I walked one hour a day for a whole year. I revolved everything around that one hour, that was my time. I started eating healthy and once I lost 5 lbs, I was hooked on walking and staying healthy. Today I trade in my walking shoes for my jogging shoes. I plan on entering a few 5 k's with my girlfriend. I'm in the best shape I've ever been in my life. I literally went from the couch to the threadmill. You can do it!! I have fait in everyone of you. Before After

Hey, Moon, That's FANTASTIC!!!!! ![]() Ya know, I joined the gym when I quit and I'm LOVING it! What you have done is the best way to prevent a relapse, according to my smoke cessation counselor. You've replaced your negative addiction with a positive one -- and one that would be negatively effected if you smoked again. Statistically, that's the best way to remain quit. ![]() Congrats and thanks for showing us the path to a healthier lifestyle. ![]() Shalom!
