| My Quitting plan!
Ok friends, its that time for me. I really dont care for New Years Resolutions much, as I find them trite and cliche. So, instead of quitting on the 1st, I am quitting tomorrow. I have a Rx for Wellbutrin, will pick up some patches on the way home from work, and have cut down to only 5 a day (from a pack) for the last 4 days. I think I am ready for this. I have quit before using the patch and Wellbutrin, and am sure I can do it again.. Im very excited to not smell like an ashtray anymore!

The best advice I can give is to keep busy and have somthing to reach for when you get the urge. Peanuts in the shell, hard candy maybe. Keep them where you now keep your cigarettes. You can do it!

Yep, good advice! I am really getting excited for this! I lost weight last time I quit, due to my strict workout schedule that I could keep when not smoking because I could actually breathe.
