| First Day
Just wanted to let you all know that today is the first day of being smoke free. Well has really only been since midnight last night. But so far this morning, I have got by without a cig, but have had some wierd thoughts go through my mind. I will keep checking back.

Keep going, SC! Every time you start getting a craving, change direction - do something that makes you forget about it for a few minutes, and the craving will pass. Are you using patches or gum at all? I found they REALLY helped me get thru the first couple of weeks. I'm keeping those two smoking fingers crossed for you, SC...!!! Ellen

All Right, SadCat!!! Way To Goooooo!!!!! ![]() Take it one day at a time. I agree with the patch or gum, but, you do whatever it takes. Today, I now have three weeks, six days, 8 hours, 43 minutes and 0 seconds smoke free. That's 1094 cigarettes not smoked, saving $301.00. Life saved: 3 days, 19 hours, 10 minutes. Keep coming back; I've found the support here to be invaluable! ![]() Shalom!
