| Doing better....
I've gotten myself to the gym; 6 days now. I go for about 2 hours a day; cardio, weights and swimming. I feel good!!! ![]() Gotta get the blood sugar down, cuz, on top of the COPD, I've got the starts of diabetes too.... More fruits and veggies will help there... If I could get a good weight plan going...I have one; and know it works wonders....but, I just con't get myself onto it... Well, I'd really be on my way... But, for right now, the smoke free status and the exercise is already having me feel so much better! One thing at a time, no? ![]() What about you folks? Doing anything besides the quit to do yourself good? Shalom!
