All right Bob!!!
Hell week is over! And you did GREAT!!!

We can do this Bob. I was, at one point, smoking over three packs a day. Today, I'm now two weeks, three days, 2 hours, 12 minutes and 19 seconds smoke free. That's 683 cigarettes not smoked, saving $188.01. Life saved: 2 days, 8 hours, 55 minutes.
Geeez, I've almost paid for my new chaise lounge! I got it for a reward for myself.
What reward are you giving yourself? Do something good for you. You deserve it!

Keep up the good work. We're in this together and we're here for you!
