| Day4
Hey all I'm half way through day 4.Feeling pretty good.  This time the quit is going to happen.Been smoking for 40 yrs.Timer for them to go.Matter of life and death.Heart isn't in that great of shape.Bob |

Hey Cookie... way to go on day 4..!! I'm coming up to 2 years Dec 21. and I'm still taking it one day at a time... cause I have found that I can be fairly certain of my actions for the day I am in...but.. heaven help me if I try to look into the future.. that bout knocks me feet out from under me each and every time... cause I have huge doubts about myself regarding anything long term... nope... just for today.. I ain't smokin... no way... no how... way to go... keep us posted... |
