|  Day Two!
It's been 24 hours!!! One day down.... One more to go - today. Just for today, I don't smoke!  Didn't do too bad yesterday. Deep breathing through the tough urges. Kept busy otherwise. And when I went out for a walk, I didn't take enough money to buy cigs, even if I wanted to. I think that may be a good strategy for me! LOL! Stressful day today; court with Trevor. Wish me well!  Shalom!

Woohoo day 2!!! Good Job Teach I hope all goes well with Trevor today. Hugs Roxy I have been quit for 4 Days, 9 hours, 30 minutes and 21 seconds (4 days). I have saved $37.35 by not smoking 109 cigarettes. I have saved 9 hours and 5 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 11/25/2005 11:30 PM
