Full week, and I've dropped down to Step 2 on the patches, since the #1's were making me dizzy...this is much better, I was even able to sleep without waking up TOO early this a.m. LOL

It felt good to go buy those patches at the drug store - the pharmacist even smiled at me, since he probably remembered helping me with the Step #1's a week ago!

No headaches, keeping a close eye on the triggers, such as the ducks quacking in the pond (GRRR how the hell did my EX find out I'd quit? Oh yeah, told him! LOL) So now he knows I'm focusing on this, and he can try some more manipulation and hopefully I'll fold, huh? NOPE!

I have a blackboard at work, and each day I write a new number on it, and some people know what the number means...
