I must stop smoking - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

Funny how my HP works in my life. I was hospitalized last week and told I must stop smoking because of issues with my heart. Well I didn't smoke all week in the hospital but left the hospital and lit up of course. It was even harder because my fiance smokes. Well this morning my fiances father called me. He has been a recovering A for many years. He told me he stopped smoking using the twelve steps duh! Of course I hadn't thought of that lol. So, I immediately logged in here and started looking for support. So here I am and here I go.

Yep RondaB, are you doing it today as well? We can get thru this together, you know!

No one at my work understands how jumpy I feel today, and keeps saying the wrong dang thing to me!!!
