I have tried a couple of times to stop smoking but didnt make it so Ive been thinking and wanting to stop again.

Hi Courtney Ray! Thinking about stopping and wanting to are the first steps. There's a countdown to quitting "sticky" post at the top of this forum that outlines a quit plan, and some other sticky posts with some helpful info too. Most exsmokers have tried more than once to quit, so don't give up!
