Month Today for me

doing well most of the time, still a few twitches but thats ok, my general health is getting better.

At seven months away from cigarettes let me say this.

Kevin, you will continue to feel better and better.

I am still noticing improvements in my health by the week. My newest finding is I no longer need antacids for an upset stomach. I used to take them all the time!

Struggling at present as my contract will end next week and I have to find more work at this time of year that could be a challenge but I will do it. Keep me in your thoughts

I'm keepin you in thought every day, Kevin - you are an inspiration! I know you are aware of strategies for dealing with stress. Looking for work can be a stressful time, but you can make it through without smoking. Keep your chin up!

This morning, I had a spiritual happening. I was thinking about work and how unlucky I was not get my contract extended and .... then I suddenly just said "God this is too much for me, I surrender it and give it all over to you" straight away I felt lighter fresher and felt a tingling from head to toe, just as I am know as I type this, so I know that this is the right way to go.
