without my *tracker* I just go by approximates....and by the month...
I just turned 7 months on the 16th..
it is soooooooo worth fighting for......
and YOU are so worth being free of the ball and chain that wants only to KILL you.......
given the time, IT WILL!!!!

3-4 weeks and you build new habits.

One moment at a time is a pain in the butt when you try to stop butts, but it can be worked.
Don't pick up that first one is the rule. With ciggerettes, I find it is a rule that MUST be held to.

3 months and I said... one won't hurt. GRRRRRRRR!

Just need to keep trying Mike. Sooner or later it will catch.

I could never string a bunch of clean days together... so.. I had to start counting my clean days period instead...

so.. you've had 4?? nicotene free days so far this month..??
maybe try for more.... ;o)
