Herbal pill - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

I started taking this herbal pill called Q.U.I.T last week, they are supposed to relax you and make the smokes taste bad. Well it's working, I am not smoking as much, they are tasting bad and sometimes i feel naseaus(sp?) from smoking. I am also sleeping really well. I have an elastic band around my smokes so when I go to have one I have to work for it, therefore I am aware that I am about to light one up, then I ask myself if I WANT or NEED this one. A lot of times I don't bother having one and I am keeping a tally on my pack when I do have one. So right now I am working on cutting down and I am going to start using Margos Powerpost (thank you BTW).

thats good if it working, oh im chris i had 38 days then picked up . I didnt want to. I'm having a hard time with this. I think quitting drinking was alot easier.
