I promise you can die if you DON'T quit smoking... it's not a matter of if............ but when..... it's hard in the beginning... but with anything.......the more you practice the easier it becomes... This Sunday will be 7 months for me... and I could NOT be happier.... am NOW training to run the L.A. marathon come this March 19...3 days past my one year anniversary... There is NOTHING I miss about smoking and NOTHING that I regret since quitting..... You can do this..it's all about attitude....

Hi babeekj, Today is my 10th day. I was smoking around 50 a day. I can't tell you its easy, but its already worth it, I feel so much better, I can breathe easier, smell again, taste again, my energy is growing and they say it gets better I am using all the same techiniques as I used for quitting drinking, mainly one day at a time. Good to see you hear and an extra big hug for you (((((babeekj)))))

I quit smoking four years ago. I smoked for 40 years. I used the patch and got support from an awesome website like this one but it's dedicated mainly for people who want to quit smoking. I got terrific support from people on that website. Even met a few in person and we will be friends forever. It is quitnet.com You will not die from quitting smoking I swear to you. You will feel so much better, smell so much better and look so much better. There are so many pros and not one dang con. Good Luck. Hang in there!!!!
