No, and don't try it! Just a waste of money. Cold Turkey is the ONLY way to get away from cigarettes.

Greetings Tracer11,

My wife and I quit smoking in March 2005. We used the patch. It worked for us. We have not had a puff since. They took the edge off.

We needed something for that as that kept us from being successful before. We would get really edgy. It was snapping at each other, flying off the handle, etc.

We used the store brand they have at Sam's Wholesale Club. We took them off at night as they did cause restlessness for both of us. Wal-Mart probably has the same brand, but I am not sure.

Good luck with quitting. However you choose to do it. Have a great day.
