Hi Everyone Just wanted to pass this on to those trying to quit smoking. There is a great website with bulletin board out there - it is www.whyquit.com. There is a huge library of information along with tips and support. The author has been teaching smoking cessasion for over 20 years and really knows this stuff. It really hits home on the addiction part of the habit - just like this one. Please check it out. I think you'll enjoy the site. Best of luck to each of you. Their motto: Never Take Another Puff.
