10 weeks.

Ten weeks today with no cigarettes. I am really starting to feel the effects of not smoking anymore. The cigarettes made me feel worse than I ever could have imagined.

Please, please fellow smokers QUIT today. Stop finding excuses, reasons. Quit, you will love the results.

I smoked Cowboy Reds in the box for over 35 years. The patch worked for me. This is not a paid endorsement from the patch people. It was really tough for about a week. I felt like rolling a patch up and smoking it! After that it seemed to get easier by the day.

I had a "friend" offer my a cigarette over the holiday (he thought it was funny). I very slowly tore in into really small pieces in front of him as I laughed at him. He didn't offer me anymore.

Wow. I have been smoking reds for almost 15 years now. I just quit 2 days ago using the patch. Its not as easy as I thought it would be. I hope this gets alot easier.

exdeath

It has been 13 weeks as of Thursday the 23rd of June, 14 weeks for my wife. I have lost most of the cravings I had. I am glad to be rid of the d#$% things. With me the cravings were tough for the first couple of weeks.

Just keep busy doing other things. I kept sweet tarts in my cigarette pocket for about a month. So when I reached for a cigarette, I had something else there. This worked for me. I have not had a need to take allergy medicine anymore! It was the cigarettes and pot that were causing the allergy symptoms.

Good luck with your efforts to quit.

I'm still not smoking. I'm feeling great. Also when you used the patch to quit did it give you really vivid dreams? It is giving me the most vivid dreams that I have ever had.

I did have to take the patch off at night, just before I went to bed.
