hi everyone, smokers and non-smokers!

wow, today is my tenth day, unbelievable.

The best part about it is that it hasnt even been that hard! the first 3 days are bad, yeah. I couldnt concentrate, i was pissed off at everything/everyone. But god has removed the obsession. Its true. i never thought i could do it but here i am and if youre thinking of quitting smoking, read ALLEN CARR'S EASY WAY TO STOP SMOKING. give it a shot and i promis u can stop

hey im doing good, doing good. thanks fence, and congrats bookie!

today is my... 17th day smoke free. fabulous. and tomorow im buying running shoes so i can take advantage of my no-longer-handicapped lungs. (and clean em out a little. lol)

Tobstah- Congrats! I am on my first day smoke free. I am a bit anxious about quitting. I hope I sound as good as you at 10 days! When did you notice that you physically felt so good?
