Glad to be here! ..Day 5 on a rerun. Been flirting with a smoke here and there, like one or two a week. Insane sneaky stuff. Been sober 9 years. Yet I've let ol Nic back in repeatedly.I'll keep in contact with ya'll ...thanks.

It took me 4 or 5 tries before I stopped smoking for good -- I haven't smoked in almost 5 years. Now I just have to work on being sober. Congrats on 9 years that's an amazing accomplishment!

keep up the good work, life is so much more enjoyable as a non smoker, it just takes a bit of hard work to get there.
how are you quiting? patches, cold turkey? i did the patches.
it's been 6 months for me, it was hard work to quit, but worth it!

'have'nt been smoking enough to need gum or such ,need to work on emotion =smoke response.........Iwill be calm.....Iwill be calm
