So if ya'll remember today is my quit day!!! I have not had a cigarette today. I'm feeling pretty good. I have my reasons for quitting taped to my desk. I also have "what I will do if I want one" taped to my desk too. Wish me luck Roxy

Awesome... Stay positive, stick to your plan and remember NO MATTER WHAT...there are at least a zillion other things you can do instead of smoke....find whatever works for you... Hugs to you.... ((((((((((((((Roxie))))))))))))))

good news Roxy! Today is Day 10 smoke free and I have been antsy. Had a bit of bad news from my doctor re my diabetes... and it seemed to trigger the smoking irge. Strange! Lets go forward together..
