Everyone ready for another glorious smoke free day? Sorry, raining here and I'm trying to get in the right frame of mind....LOL
I hope everyone has a great day and that like me you've got a long weekend coming up!

Hey Lavender! Tough day today, but still hangin' in there. It's amazing how strong the cravings can be, and how long they can last sometimes. Making it through these bad times is real incentive for the next time the cravings come on strong - if we get through it once, we can get through it again.

Too bad it's raining for you - nice and sunny here, but it looks like the rain is heading this way just in time for the weekend.

Hang tough Margo. I won't say it gets any easier, but you become better able to deal with it.
