| Day 16 - it really can be done!
Even by me Still tough at times and I've put on 7lb but who cares? I no longer stink and I can run from one end of the campus to the other! No oxygen needed!!! Any of you out there thinking they can't do it - if I can you can. Honestly, I've been premenstrual and had arguments, even had a few glasses of wine. It's DO-ABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be brave, take the leap and give it a go. I've had fillet steak twice as a treat and even bought a new kitchen bin £80 so far, that's $150 Love and hugs Jane xxxxxxxxxxxxxx |

:Terrific lmfao at the kitchen bin cos i bought one of those to match my new breadbin. Nice shiney stainless things they are. Cant believe i am spending money on bins! I have gone from size 14 to size 18 since i quit 4 months ago. I am not too bothered about it either cos i figure if i can quit smoking i surely can quit eating so damned much. Like you i still feel healthier despite the extra flab.
