I had great success with the patch and the gum last spring. Unfortunately, I started up again after over six months smoke-free. I think I'm going to get some more patches! Wishing you well!

I stink couldnt go through it
My mom is very sick from lung cancer and i really though ok i need to stop this and i thought i could , but after going to bed that night we were woken at 5a.m. with bad news that hubby's nephew was in a accident and what did i do tear the patch off and light up i feel like crap like everyones gonna think im making excuses but i must admit its harder then i thought .....

Don't beat yourself up, honey! Just try again another day. You only stink when you smoke. LOL. Sorry about your mom and your husband's nephew! My husband's mother died from lung cancer and he has shown no signs of quitting, so you're not alone. This is hard, but it can be done! Like I said, I had over six months smoke-free. I going to try to get some patches today.
