5 Years no cigarettes this month.
5 Years no cigarettes this month.
Been meaning to post this since the 5th. Apparently my lazy procrastinating life is sneaking into my sobriety as well. However I'm happy to be 5 years without a cigarette.
Good for you and your lungs, etc.
It's a relief to know I was able to finally get away and stay away from smoking cigarettes...though, it took me a long time to get to the point of daily commitment to not light up. It's been helpful that fellow smokers in my family and, as well, others I spend time with have quit smoking. It also helps that smoking is very restricted in public areas where I live. Believe it or not, at one time many years ago, I could light up and smoke on the job...and that job was (an office setting) in a hospital!
