I'm loving this. And can't thank my God, my Higher Power enough for the support I'm getting. Thank s Odelle, firebolt and endless for being here and posting - it really helps me to feel a part of this group.

Haven't been on here recently, but still smoke free.

JMF- 4 days is AWESOME!!! It takes so much energy and dedication in the beginning. You should be super proud of each day. And remember that it takes a little time, but it gets so much easier.

5 - 24 hours in a row today! (I had my last cig (actually a teeny, tiny butt) Friday, 11/4 at about 7 pm. So when I post my 24 hours (in the morning) it is weird for me to "count".)

I liked your other post DG. I sure know what would happen w/me if I just had 1. I've "been there, done that" so many times!

Day 26 and I stopped the chantix the other day, can't stand that feeling it gave me, but still smoke free!!

Great to hear, Sugarbear. I smoked for so many decades and had so many failed attempts that I still get elated when I acknowledge myself as a non-smoker.

I've done 3 weeks had to do some urge surfing for both drinking and smoking at a house warming party last night. I eventually left and so glad I did when I woke up this morning!

Having been quit drinking for just ove two years my next step has always been to now stop vaping. Well this morning I have started! I am cold turkey, just like when I stopped drinking. I will let you know how I get on

Three and a half years now, with a few relapses. Interestingly, noone close to me in my life smokes anymore.
