Glad you both made it through a tough day, illi and Silentrun! It's insane how intense the cravings can seem at the moment, but looking back at it the next day and being so grateful to have not caved makes this entire journey worth it!

Another 24 hours for me, please.

Made it past another month without even noticing, I went through my brothers death, and buying a new house without lighting up!, Had some cravings but they went away quickly.

Welcome to the non-smoking section firebolt!

Wtg everyone!! And hooray for me. Last night I hung with 2 of my besties that smoke, and I did NOT cave!! It wasn't even that tough, of course the heat isn't conducive to smoking either (IMO.) it's a big victory for me, I have many memories of smoking with these friends! Proud to say I am 2 weeks smoke free today !

Day 3 and hoping I am through the worst of the physical withdrawals. I NEVER want to go through that again, so...good motivation there.

I had to look at what day I am on...26. Not even a day per year that I smoked and I am starting to get comfortable with being a non smoker. Not that I wouldn't smoke in a heart beat if I could choose when and not be addicted.
