Hi all. I smoked my last 2 cigarettes 4 hours ago and am now wearing a patch. No cravings which is great.

Welcome Noneever, you've made a very wise and powerful decision, just remember all of your reasons for quitting when the cravings hit. It's a tough road early on, but once past the three week mark, it really does get easier.

Nice! My cig addiction is slowly getting better. My rc car addiction is quickly getting much worse... I broke down and bought a brand new race truck and it is cool. The old school is needing a bit of a transmission rebuild I suspect. And the racetrack is coming together. But the heatwave we're having is slowing both me and my cars down a bit:-(
