Yay gettingsmarter! 24 down. Saved 7 bucks, didn't smoke 20 cigs, stayed healthy.

Another 24! It feels good to smell fresh, with no cigarette breath. It also feels good to not have to constantly step outside in the frosty air.

24 more for me. I'm suffering from a bit of a cold which sucks but certainly beats being sick and smoking.

Crazy how we used to smoke when we were sick! Or when it was 102 degrees out and somehow a smoke seemed like a good idea. Oh well, smellin' good for another 24.

Right on. I used chloraseptic to numb my sore throat to smoke when i was sick. How stupid was that?

It's officially 2 years and 11 months smoke free for me. I can't say how many tries it took to get here... Literally it was probably more than 100, some I made it a few days and others a few months and once almost 2 years... I guess I can be a slow learner. No matter how many times you've "failed" to stay quit, it is possible. As they say, don't quit quitting.

24 more for me. Great to see some new folks here...and to see some names from the past checking in. We've been in a sleet and ice storm for a few days. Last year I would have been standing on my porch smoking through this. Feels good not to be called outside by the urge.

I have to walk by the smoking corner evry day and it reeks! Even if I go in on a Saturday and nobody has been there all day. The concrete is stained with stink. SO GROSS! Just say'in.

Crazy. Smoke smells bad to me. Cant believe i fell into the trap so long. So much wasted time, money and health. I see people smoking and i think how could i miss that nasty habit sometimes. I think i got a little buzz from the morning cigarrette but that was it. Nothing good came from smoking. Coughing and yellowing teeth.

24 more for me.

Letitgo- I think hacking up stuff for a few months is normal for ex-smokers.

24 more for me.
