8 months and 28 days no smoking

Hey everyone,

This Sunday will make 9 months off nicotina!

My Higher Power has helped me, Along with you all. Although I have been hitting the Junk Food! (extra pounds)

I feel great. Anyone that is thinking about quitting, it's not easy but im glad that I am not smoking today.
